I am here to remind people how incredible they are and how much they have already overcome. I am honored to walk alongside each client on a journey to identify what’s next.

I take a holistic and trauma-informed approach to therapy and coaching. Everyone has individual life experiences, and therapy should be tailored as such. I believe it is essential that you feel safe, heard, and acknowledged in the therapeutic process. People come to counseling, entrusting us to help you navigate any circumstances in your life that have affected your physical, emotional, mental, relational, or spiritual well-being. I am a Colorado native and enjoy the beauty of this state. I enjoy spending time with my husband, two teenage kiddos, and our dog Maui! My passion is people, and I consider it a blessing to be able to interact with individuals from all walks of life on a daily basis!
